A fashion student has revealed a lot of creativity in her after she used the most unexpected items to create dresses as part of her final year project. Fauve Wright used pizza boxes and Coronavirus symbol to fashion the creatives.

Fauve Wright is a fashion course student at Northumbria University. She is also a fan of Pizza retailing brand, Dominos. Fauve decided to produce things beyond the norm with the pizza boxes, instead of thrashing them.

Fauve also tried playing around the Coronavirus pandemic as she created dresses with the symbol of the pandemic.

While speaking with Metro UK, she revealed she chose to keep pizza boxes and put them into fantastic use rather than trash them. She also said she had to utilize materials accessible to her due to the COVID-19 pandemic, to create fashionable wears.

In her words, she said;

‘With Domino’s being such an iconic brand, and my go-to takeaway, I had a lightbulb moment when my family recently had a pizza party. I kept the pizza boxes and put them to good use by making a skirt. Due to coronavirus, I’ve had to utilise materials to make all my garments, so this seemed like a perfect way to upcycle. ‘Pizza boxes are harder to work with than you’d imagine!’

The fashion designer also revealed that it took her a whole day to produce the Domino skirt. After creation, she dashed into her bedroom with her sister, Tiny who modeled the wears and took photos.
