Nigerian crossdresser, Jay Bugatti boasts of having his manhood replaced after concluding a “p*zzy surgery”. He revealed photos of his nether region to affirm his claim.
It would be recalled that Jay revealed his plans some years back that he would undergo gender reassignment once he is financially fit to do so.
He said that he has finally had his plan done by removing his pen*s for a Vagina. He however claimed he had always kept it secret and choose to show it off today as ‘Xmas gift’ to his fans
Jay advised Nigerians to address him as ‘she’ instead of ‘he’ earlier this year. And it seems he actually had his strong reasons.
