A nurse sparked outrage on Facebook with a photo she shared. The photo was taken in a hospital ward.
The selfie taken may have had an oversight as it carried image of a naked pregnant woman in the background.
Commenters took to the post to decry the action of the nurse, saying she violated the code of ethics in nursing, and deserves to be fired.
