Golf legend, Tiger Woods has been transferred to new medical center in Los Angeles for continuous recovery on the state of his health.
Tiger Woods had a recent car accident that left him in a shocking state. After the accident which occurred on Tuesday, 23rd February, the 45-year-old golfer underwent surgery to stabilize compound fractures of his tibia and fibula.
He has however been transferred to the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center from the Harbor-UCLA Medical Center.
The interim CEO of the former health center revealed on the hospital’s Twitter account:
“Woods was transferred to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for continuing orthopaedic care and recovery. It was an honour to provide orthopaedic trauma care to one of our generation’s greatest athletes.”
Woods has been said by the Los Angeles County Sheriff that he wouldn’t be confronted by any criminal charges in the crash.
The 15-time major winner has been receiving massive support from fans, friends, and family members, including the former Presidents of the United States, Barack Obama and Donald Trump.
