A man in dashed into a police station in New York City and opened fire directly on an NYC police lieutenant. The incident transpired in the early hours on Sunday and was covered in surveillance footage.
In the video, the suspect can be seen making entry into Bronx’s 41st precinct, wielding a gun and dashing at a lieutenant who is at the front desk and firing at him.
Fortunately, the policeman wasn’t badly hit. More so, other Police officers within the station responded in time. They returned the shots at the intruder and in a jiffy, he was already motionless on the ground.
The suspect may have also shot another police officer. Police believe that the same man shot a cop on Saturday night.
