A 9 year-old black boy accidentally brushed against a White Brooklyn woman, Teresa Sue Klein as he tried walking past her in a store.
White tempered woman claimed he had “sexually assaulted her” and beckoned the police on the young boy.
The incident which apparently took place at Brooklyn deli, happened where the 9 year old boy was shopping with his younger sister and his mom.
The scene was captured in a security camera footage. In the footage, the child passed by Teresa Sue Klein, 53, while exiting the store, and his backpack appears to brush against the woman.
A Deli worker who spoke to The NY had this to say:
“He was walking out with his mom and accidentally brushed up against her. His mother was right behind him,”
When the police arrived, they determined that Teresa had called them under false pretenses. Accused 9-year-old kid can also be seen crying visibly and uncontrollably.
Teresa is currently under investigation for a possible criminal violation.
