Cardi B Receives Nigerian Citizenship! Begs Offset To Join Her

Cardi B seems to be quite serious with her plans to become a Nigerian citizen. The news becomes even more fascinating by the day over her interest.

The American rapper was recently on social media – Twitter, asking her fans to help out with a Nigerian name between “CHIOMA B Or Cadijat”.

Cardi B, also recently showed her interest to file for the citizenship of Nigeria, revealing her worry over the Iran threat against America.

She tweeted,

“Naaaaa these memes are fuckin [crying emojis] but shit ain’t no joke! Especially being from New York. Its sad this man is putting Americans live in danger. Dumbest move Trump did to date …I’m filing for my Nigerian citizenship.”

Cardi B doesn’t want to go without her hubby, Offset. She shared a photo of Offset rocking a Nigerian attire which was apparently photoshopped. She then captioned it:

“Convince him to move with me,”

You can bet, her devoted fans filed in their multitude to try to convince Offset to join his Queen on her journey to new dream country, Nigeria. 

Cardi B is however very likely than before to become a full citizen of the African giant, as Abike Dabiri-Erewa, who is the chairman of Nigeria’s diaspora commission replied Cardi B in her tweet. Abike invited Cardi B to return to Nigeria to have the process done.

The Chairman of Nigeria’s diaspora commission replied:

“@iamcardib As one in charge of the Diaspora for Nigeria, We can’t wait to receive you again. Our doors are open, sister. And you need to talk a walk through the Door of Return in Badagry. It’s an indescribable experience.”

Well, we believe this is as close already as handing Cardi B the Nigerian citizenship. Abi what else?The rap queen was recently in Nigeria to electrify the Nigerian stage at the Livespot X Festival on 7th December, 2019. And even though she also performed at the Accra Sports Stadium in Ghana, she doesn’t seem to have a comparable love to her love for the Nigeria nation.

Cardi B was also in a Lagos orphanage and donated bottled water, diapers and a lot of feminine products. She was also in a strip club and tried Nigerian delicacies and drinks such as jollof rice and Beer.

Music executive, Brooklyn Johnny told fans about the moves made towards an orphanage in Nigeria. He wrote:

“We spent our only free time in Nigeria shopping for children in need,” he wrote. “We literally bought as the vehicles we had in our convoy could carry… Today was a good day.”
