Jussie Smollet’s accused attackers issue public apology over the situation

The homophobic story surrounding Jussie Smollett’s alleged attack recently had a twist as the Empire actor was said to have opt for a training session with his said attackers and not a staged self-attack.

The accused brothers involved in the alleged attack have therefore been made to issue a public apology over the whole situation.

Attorney to the Nigerian brothers, Abimbola “Abel” and Olabinjo “Ola” Osundairo’s released a statement to CBS Chicago Thursday, saying that the two men felt “tremendous regret” for being involved with the situation .

Here is what the statement read:

”My clients have tremendous regret over their involvement in this situation, and they understand how it has impacted people across the nation, particularly minority communities and especially those who have been victims of hate crimes themselves,”
