Queen Elizabeth is celebrating a milestone together with her husband of 73 years, Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Philip today November 20.
As a memorable celebration for the couple, Buckingham Palace dished out a stunning photograph of a smiling monarch sitting lovely with her husband, and gazing towards the card made by her great-grandchildren Prince George, Prince Louis, and Princess Charlotte together with other card presents and letters sent from well-wishers around the globe.
The photo is said to hav emanated from the Windsor Castle, which is the home of the Queen west of London. The couple had been staying the lockdown there.
Queen Elizabeth is 94 while Prince Philip is 99. And they married in London’s Westminster Abbey on November 20, 1947, just around 24 month after the end of World War II.
