Christmas went dramatic in a basic school in Siberia, Russia, after a Santa Claus fell and died right in the front of young school children.
Grandfather Frost, the conventional name for Russian Santa Claus, was meeting and performing for school children in an energetic way. He suddenly became still and then collapsed, falling backwards next to the decorated Christmas tree.
As expected, some young children felt it was part of the game, as they ran towards him laughing and jesting.
The Santa, 67-year-old Valery Titenko, who is also popular as a professional actor in the city, had suffered a heart attack was later rushed out to the hospital in Kemerovo, but he died while still on the way.
Valery had insisted on performing for the children during the occasion, despite falling ill with severe chest pains.
