The Blue Moon

Poems & Creative stories

She is out again to see me –

her boyfriend.

She opens out mouth, her voice like many whispers

She tells me of loneliness

How finding me is excellence

She tells me she will always love me over again

Even if turbulence will keep to rain

She tells me of childhood

Her first come with a manhood, I mean

manhood

Then womanhood..

Then she crawls down like sunset

into her hole.

Whispering ‘I’ll miss you’

While I am standing, while I stood

while I watch

She vanishes into the embrace of the shadows.

And that is love waning

‘cos my heart yearns more.
