Travis Scott to pay $383k for breaking contract

Rapper and Boyfriend to Billionaire Jenner, Travis Scott is to pay nearly $383,000 to a concert promotion company, PJAM after a judge ruled against him for missing a scheduled show in Minnesota, the night before the Super Bowl in 2018.

Scott’s attorney, Howard King, told TMZ:

‘The jury verdict of $383k is disappointing, but far less than the seven figure demands made by the promoters,’

‘We believe the verdict will be substantially reduced or overturned in subsequent proceedings.’

The lawsuit which was revealed that Scott was contracted to perform at Myth Nightclub in Minneapolis. And this was during Super Bowl weekend February, 2018.

According to PJAM, Travis Scott had received an upfront of $150,000 and available private jet to transport him. Yet he failed to show up and even backed out of the agreement hours before the show.
