A Nigerian man who is based in Germany has been banished from his home town, Edo state over a Facebook video he made against the Oba of Benin.
In the video, Murphy Idahosa is seen accusing the Oba for the increasing rate of trafficking among girls in the Benin kingdom. And as soon as he returned home recently, he was taken to the Oba’s palace and declared an enemy to the Oba and therefore banished from the kingdom.
Murphy Idahosa was banished on the 3rd November, 2018.
