So, over the weekend, Ruth made up her mind to go an extra length for her husband. She wanted to reveal her real hair to Derek, and that would be his very first time seeing her natural hair.
The video got way more views than thought across social media platforms.
At first, many couldn’t comprehend the rationale behind a woman who would conceal her hair from her husband despite being together for many years and have a child in the union. Also, after the hair was revealed, Derek’s reaction in the video showed that he obviously didn’t like how her natural hair looked. And many viewers think his attitude is “culturally disrespectful.”
